VACUREX^® : Optimal heat insulation with vacuum technology

VACUREX^® vacuum panels are facade elements with a very high degree of heat insulation which are incorporated in normal facade constructions such as insulating glass. They differ from conventional panels through the application of completely new materials and innovative technology.

The glass panel attains a U-value of 0.3 W/m²K with only one 16 mm strong vacuum insulating plates (space between panes is 18 mm). It is even possible to achieve even lower U-values with minimally thicker vacuum insulating plates. In the past, such values were only achieved through the use of much thicker conventional wall constructions.

VACUREX^® combines this innovative vacuum insulating technology with the design potential of glass and the advantages of modern insulating glass technology. VACUREX^® can be integrated into the facade like an insulating glass because of its variable overall thickness. The necessity for much thicker heat panels is no longer required as well as the need to ventilate heat panels.

VACUREX^® vacuum technology glass panels are available in all normal glass panel colors. It is also possible to substitute a glass pane with coated sheet metal. In addition, VACUREX^® can be equipped with additional modern multifunctional glass features, such as additional security glazing for example.
