DEKOREX^®: Plan and design with light and shadow

With its light scattering and light guiding qualities, ISOLAR DEKOREX^® assures the efficient use of daylight in  combination with venetian blinds, roller blinds or pleated foils.

Light guidance

DEKOREX^® LL steers light, independent of time of day or year and despite shading or glare protection, into the room. This improves the illumination of the room and saves energy. DEKOREX^® LL is particularly suitable for use in upper window areas or as a transom.

Light scattering

DEKOREX^® LS diffuses daylight into the entire room, free from hard shadows. Glare, by way of direct sunshine, is reduced because the glass is light transmissible (translucent) but not transparent. At the same time, DEKOREX^® LS assures equal room illumination. The typical application areas are light rows, roof and ceiling glazings and partition walls in halls, administrative and school buildings, as well as the light design in halls or museums.

Venetian blinds, roller blinds, pleated foils:

ISOLAR DEKOREX^® J is the ideal combination of insulating glass and venetian blind. The blinds are hermetically sealed inside the insulating glass. Therefore they are durably protected from dust, dirt and weather influence between glass panes and are practically maintenance-free. The same principle applies to DEKOREX^® R insulating glass with internal roller blinds or DEKOREX^® P with internal pleated foils.

All possibilities to adjust brightness and room illumination are individually offered through the use of mechanical or electrical raising and turning as well as rolling up or down controls.
