ARDOREX^®: For fire preventive protection with glass

The right combination of all components is particularly important for fire preventive protection in case of emergency. The smallest weak points alone can have fatal consequences. Therefore, fire resistant glazed elements basically consist of the fire protection glass, the frame construction as well as all fastenings and connections. Only this complete assembly is being inspected and approved.

In the case of fire, protection glass safeguards emergency exits. Therefore, it is intensively and extensively inspected. When fire occurs, F class and the G class fire resistant glazed elements of the F class an the G class prevent the spreading of fire and smoke according to its individual duration of fire resistance; in addition the F class blocks thermal radiation (thermal isolation).

ISOLAR PARAFLAM^® is an approved F class fire protection glass which is produced by the ISOLAR^® group. It unveils its life saving qualities when installed in buildings as an authorized fire resistant glazed element of fire resistance class EI 30 (F 30) to EI 120 (F 120).

ISOLAR PARAFLAM^® is approved by the Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik in various steel constructions, in constructions with concrete cores, with and without doors and for inside or outside use, in hardwood constructions as interior partition walls or external light rows as well as in partition wall constructions with plaster sheets.
