ISOLAR-MULTIPACT^® D security glazing

ISOLAR’s explosive repressive glass, MULTIPACT^® D, was tested for its suitability in accordance with DIN 52 290 part 5. In a corresponding testing plant shock waves are produced which are otherwise the result of an explosion. The division into the classes D1, D2 and D3 is carried out after ascertaining the maximum pressure and the shock wave duration.

Protection expectation: People, buildings and parts of buildings which are threatened by exploding surroundings.
